Dry Land
Diving
Training
allows
students
to learn
the
fundamentals
&
techniques
in a
safe and
effective
manor.
Students
will use
a Tumble
Trak,
Trampoline
and a
Dry Land
Diving
Board
with
spotting
harness.
These
classes
are a
fun way
to
introduce
anyone
to the
sport of
diving
and are
geared
for the
beginner
to
advance
athlete.
